Coconut Cucumber Mint Color

  • 2 pc Cucumber
  • 2 can Coconut Water (310 ml each)
  • 60 ml Sugar
  • 20 pc Mint
  • 6 pc Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

Coconut Cucumber Mint Cooler

  • Cut the cucumber in thin slices and chop the mint leaves.
  • Take a jug, Add cucumber slices and chopped mint leaves.
  • Add sugar syrup and muddle it for about 10 seconds (use a large spoon to muddle).
  • Add ice cubes and coconut water.
  • Pour into two glasses.
  • Garnish with sliced cucumber and mint sprig. Serve Chilled.
