Ravioli Pasta with Napoletana Sauce

Ingredients
Pasta Boiling Preparation
- 300 gm Ravioli Pasta
- 1 ltr Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sunflower Oil
Napoletana Sauce
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 piece Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
- 240 gm Tomato Sauce
- 20 gm Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp Dry Oregano
- 2 gm Fresh Basil
Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
- 300 gm Mozzarella Cheese Stick
- 40 gm Tomato Ketchup
Pearl's Sparkling Grape Juice 700 ml
Instructions
Boiling Pasta

Boil 1 litre of water in a medium stockpot. Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil.

Pour the pasta in boiling water. Cook for 4-6 minutes or until the pasta floats

Drain the cooked pasta in a colander.
Pasta Sauce

Peel & chop the onion and garlic and keep it aside.

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a medium-sized pan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and garlic saute for 3-4 minutes, till the onions turn golden.

Add 1 tsp of dried oregano and then add tomato sauce.

Season this with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper and let it simmer for 2 minutes on medium heat.

Chop 3-4 fresh basil leaves and mix it in the sauce.

Add boiled ravioli pasta in the sauce and toss well.

Garnish it with basil leaves and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top. serve hot.
Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

Heat 500 ml of vegetable oil in a deep saucepan. Heat the oil till you can see bubbles on the side.

Put the mozzarella sticks in oil in batches and fry them for for about 2 minutes

Remove the sticks and keep it on the tissue paper to drain the excess oil. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
