Ingredients
  

Pasta Boiling Preparation

  • 300 gm Ravioli Pasta
  • 1 ltr Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sunflower Oil

Napoletana Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
  • 240 gm Tomato Sauce
  • 20 gm Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Dry Oregano
  • 2 gm Fresh Basil

Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

  • 300 gm Mozzarella Cheese Stick
  • 40 gm Tomato Ketchup

Pearl's Sparkling Grape Juice 700 ml

    Instructions
     

    Boiling Pasta

    • Boil 1 litre of water in a medium stockpot. Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil.
    • Pour the pasta in boiling water. Cook for 4-6 minutes or until the pasta floats
    • Drain the cooked pasta in a colander.

     Pasta Sauce

    • Peel & chop the onion and garlic and keep it aside.
    • Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a medium-sized pan over medium heat.
    • Add chopped onion and garlic saute for 3-4 minutes, till the onions turn golden.
    • Add 1 tsp of dried oregano and then add tomato sauce.
    • Season this with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper and let it simmer for 2 minutes on medium heat.
    • Chop 3-4 fresh basil leaves and mix it in the sauce.
    • Add boiled ravioli pasta in the sauce and toss well.
    • Garnish it with basil leaves and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top. serve hot.

    Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

    • Heat 500 ml of vegetable oil in a deep saucepan. Heat the oil till you can see bubbles on the side.
    • Put the mozzarella sticks in oil in batches and fry them for for about 2 minutes
    • Remove the sticks and keep it on the tissue paper to drain the excess oil. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

    Pearl's Sparkling Grape Juice

    • Serve Chilled.
