Chicken Alfredo Pizza

  • 2 pc Chicken Alfredo Pizza (26 cm)
  • 40 gm Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes (optional)
  • 2 gm Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 20 ml Tabasco Sauce (optional)

Chicken Nuggets

  • 200 gm Chicken Nuggets
  • 40 gm Tomato Ketchup



  • Thaw the alfredo pizza in the microwave for 20 seconds or keep it at room temperature for 20 mins before baking the pizza.
  • Preheat the oven at 200°C for 6 minutes.
  • Once the oven is ready, place the pizza on the baking tray and bake it for 6-8 mins.
  • Sprinkle fresh basil and chilli flakes (optional) on top.
  • Serve hot.

Chicken Nuggets

  • Heat 500 ml of vegetable oil in a deep saucepan. Heat the oil till you can see bubbles on the side.
  • Put the Chicken Nuggets in oil in batches and fry them for about 4-5 minutes
  • Remove the nuggets and keep it on the tissue paper to drain the excess oil.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
