Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Mac & Cheese
Boil 1 ltr of water in a medium size pot and add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of sunflower oil.
Once the water boils, add 200 gm of macaroni pasta.
Cook for about 7-8 mins.
Drain the pasta using colander and keep it aside.
Heat 260 gm of cooking cream in medium sized pan on medium heat.
Add 1/4 tsp salt and 2 tbsp water.
Add 70 gm of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce.
Add the broccoli and green peas to the pasta and mix well.
Take a deep saucepan and add 500 ml of vegetable oil.
Heat the oil till you can see small bubble on the side.
Put the French fries into the pan; make sure you fry them in batches so they don’t stick together.
Fry them for about 5 - 6 minutes or until they are light golden in colour.
Remove the fries and keep it on the tissue paper to drain the excess oil. Sprinkle Salt.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
